Recovery Art

This wall in my room is particularly special to me because it contains pieces of art that I created throughout my recovery process. From drawings I drew in residential treatment in Florida, collages I made in day treatment in Los Angeles, my residential name tag, body acceptance pledge written and signed in Florida, and mandala art coloring sheets from Florida and Los Angeles, each piece on my wall marks a different point in my recovery process and holds particular meaning.

Each piece of art has its own unique and different story and numerous accompanying emotions (of pain and happiness) that are irreplaceable to me.
